Suggest to take the back road Thompson Ave or make a u-turn at Leitrim street. Parkings on premises. Entry through roller door on your RHS. Please follow the prompts below to book your appointment. You will receive an email to confirm your booking and a SMS reminder 48 hours before your appointment time. Please do not REPLY to the reminder message as its automated. If you do not receive a confirmation email after your booking, you are not booked in, text the clinic number direct 0418872875 to ensure your appointment is in our system.
